Wyli is so lucky, waking up to that B-E-A-U-T-FUL sight.

Well, “waking up” is kinda relative for him right now, but yeah, he’s one lucky bastard.

So much for that good night sleep. (And I can spot faint pencil sketches in the first panel. Don’t ya hate it when they don’t go fully away?)

Ha! Just noticed myself, dunno how that happened, but in some sort of way, kinda fits the mood of that panel… perhaps?

Darn tarnation, if I’ere that Wyliman guy well I’d damn hell straight shoot that blasted piece o’hell till the chickens come home…. or something. (Billy nilly, Mam, where’d my rooster go already? Oh, we aight it fo’supper last night? By damned Christ!)
But I’m not complaining. Ohhhh hell no. Never after seeing Madame Natalia’s le beautiful face fresh up in the morning.
BTW, where did all that time go, it felt like minutes to me.

I’m guessing that being there, he didn’t want to make a huge scene, because I’d go an blast that thing into little pieces myself as well.
That’s a good question, one that I’m quite sure he’s asking himself at this same moment.
